GENERAL TERMS

TRACKING AND DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER

All products shall be dispatched on confirmation of payment. We aim to deliver all products within 7-14 days of dispatch.

If for any reason the product has not been delivered by day 21, please get in touch for us to follow up on the delivery for you.

REJUU will help as best as we can and apply the following terns.

RETURNS

For items bought online or over the phone, they can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection.

Customers can cancel a purchase for goods any time between placing the order and 14 days following the day of receiving the goods.

If your order has already been dispatched, please wait until you receive the goods and then make the return. Please do not open the product box.

To obtain a full refund you must not start using the device, install or input any data/software. If the product has been used, 50-100% of the product value will be charged. This is at the discretion of Rejuu Innertechniq customer service.

The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.

All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or 21 days after dispatch from us.

NOTE: You must contact our customer services department to arrange the return.

Purchases made at exhibitions are non refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS

Within 14 days of purchase or delivery, you may return a faulty product for an exchange or refund.

EXCLUSIONS

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

If a fault is deemed to be due to misuse of any kind or by human mistake such as not restraining or using the product with a stand and assembling, not using per instructions then a refund cannot be applied in any way or credit.

If repairs are required due to a customer mistake, REJUU may review the issue and cost provided to the customer. All costs shall be paid by the customer.

FEES

Costs for returning the product for any reason shall be a cost to the customer. To avoid any returns being lost we ask for a tracked parcel to be issued and the tracking number sent to us by email.

All products that are simply not wanted on arrival are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Products not wanted that are notified 14 days after purchase cannot be refunded.

Due to the great prices we offer here at Rejuu Innertechniq, shipping costs cannot be refunded. This includes the cost to ship the products to the customer and any return charges.

If the device cannot be delivered to you for any reason and the device is returned to us, we charge a flat fee of $50USD.

WARRANTY

All products come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
