All Rejuu devices are approved and certified by the FDA

We aim to dispatch all products as soon as possible and deliver to our customers 7-14 days after this time. 

All Rejuu Innertechniq  devices come with a 14 day return and a 1 year limited warranty.

All warranties must be registered with us at this website.

Warranty periods start from the date of purchase, not on registering. All products must be registered if the Warranty is to be valid and must be registered within 30 days of purchase.

To obtain a full refund you must not start using the device, install or input any data/software. If the product has been used, a 50-100% of the product value shall be charged. This is to the discretion of Rejuu light customer service.

The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging.

All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or 21 days after dispatch from us.

NOTE: You must contact our customer services department to arrange the return.

FAULTY ITEMS

Within 30 days of purchase or delivery, you may return a faulty product for an exchange or refund.

EXCLUSIONS

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

FEES

Costs for returning the product for any reason shall be a cost to the customer. To avoid any returns being lost we ask for a tracked parcel to issued and the tracking number sent to us by email.

All products that are simply not wanted on arrival are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Due to the great prices we offer here at Rejuu Innertechniq. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. These include the cost to ship the products to the customer and any return charges.

If the device cannot be delivered to you for any reason and the device is returned to us. We charge a flat fee of $100USD.
